Rename -tus.path to -tusBasePath with default .tus
- Rename CLI flag from -tus.path to -tusBasePath
- Default to .tus (TUS enabled by default)
- Add -filer.tusBasePath option to weed server command
- Properly handle path prefix (prepend / if missing)
