1. create "seaweedfs" database

export PGHOME=/Library/PostgreSQL/10
$PGHOME/bin/createdb --username=postgres --password seaweedfs

2. create "filemeta" table
$PGHOME/bin/psql --username=postgres --password seaweedfs
