fix: improve Unmount transactionality and add contextual logging
- Unmount now uses getMount first, only removes from state after all
cleanup operations succeed (transactional behavior)
- Add volume ID prefix to weed mount stdout/stderr logs for better
debugging when multiple mounts are active
